Returns & Exchanges

No cancellations of orders and/or preorders will be accepted after shipment of the orders and/or preorders.Returns are only acceptable within seven(7) days of confirmed delivery date.Returns require prior authorization. Please prepare a return request form and email us at support@shopexcellentop.com. Once the return request is submitted, we will issue an RA # and instructions on how to return. Unauthorized returns may be shipped back to the sender.Customer will assume the shipping costs on non-damged items for returning.Only exchange or store credit will be issued for non damaged items.Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within three(3) business days of confirmed delivery date.Any returns with any of the following conditions are not acceptable:
  • loss or damage of merchandise and/pr its packaging while in the customer's possession (exclusive of removing the packing seals for purpose of checking contents);
  • merchandise appeared to be worn, used, or in otherwise non-sale-able condition;
  • time since the sale is beyond the return period prescribed by our return policy;
  • breaking of original vendor’s packaging and re-wrapping or in otherwise non-sale-able condition.
